We are pleased to be able to bring to you a innovative set of protocols for the production of antibodies from mice and rabbit and chickens. All work is carried out in facilities in compliance with the European legislation guide lines and follow the norms of FELASA (Federation of European Laboratory Animal Science Association). Each protocol is tailored to the specific needs of the customer and quotations are based on your exact requirements.

In addition to standard methods of production of pAb's and mAb's we can also offer a unique method for the production of both from a single protocol using enhanced pAb's production from mouse (up-to 8mls of high  Ab titre fluid  from each mouse) and the option to switch to monoclonal production at 35 days into the ployclonal production phase saving time and effort in converting from rabbit pAb to mouse for mAb as is more usual.

So for the price of 2 rabbits we can inoculate 12 mice. Three of which can then be diverted to monoclonal production leaving the remaining mice to produce polyclonal Ab in advance of the monoclonal being available.

We can now offer protocols for the production of polyclonal antibodies from hens eggs. There are obvious husbandry advantages to this method and homology is clearly less of a problem than with mammals.

We are also pleased to be able to add to these protocols the additional convenience of design and synthesis of your antigen should you require it.

Most of the protocols include (optional but at no additional cost) monitoring in house by ELISA of the titre levels of pAb. A We will also harvest the antibody and even purify and label it for you.Each protocol below can be adapted to your exact needs and all of the mice protocols can be used as a spring board for monoclonal antibody production
