Types of Column
PowerClean™ Gel Extraction Kit (resin type) uses special buffer containing silica resin. The Gel Extraction buffer contains gel solublizer. This enables extraction of DNA fragments from both TAE and TBE buffer-containing agarose gels without additional solutions or modifications to the protocol.
SpinClean™ Gel Extraction kits are designed for the purification of DNA from standard agarose gel (TAE/TBE). SpinClean™ Gel Extraction Kit (column type) uses spin column containing silica membrane to purify the DNA fragment.
The SpinClean™ combi kits are designed for the purification of DNA from PCR products or standard agarose gel (TAE/TBE). The Kit includes buffers and spin column containing silica membrane for both applications.
The SpinClean™ Genomic DNA purification kit is designed for rapid isolation of genomic DNA from various sample sources including whole blood cells(for blood), Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria (for bacteria). This system is a fast, simple and inexpensive method. The SpinClean™ Genomic DNA purification kit use advanced silica-based membrane technology for rapid and efficient purification of genomic DNA without organic extraction or ethanol precipitation.
SpinClean™ PCR Purification Kit is a convenient system for fast and reliable purification of double- or single-stranded PCR products. The method uses SpinClean™ PCR Purification technology to recover DNA bands 100 bp - 10 kb free of oligonucleotides, nucleotides, and polymerase in yields exceeding 90 to 95%.
The SpinClean™ Plasmid Mini Prep System contains chaotropic salts that enhance the binding of DNA onto glass surfaces and reagents for alkaline lysis for easy purification of plasmid DNA from Bacteria.
SpinClean™ Plasmid Midiprep kit has been optimized for the rapid purification of DNA from 40 to 50 ml of liquid culture. This kit uses the optimized alkaline lysis protocol and DNA binding matrix. SpinCleanTM Plasmid Midiprep Kit contains chaotropic salt that enhances the binding of DNA onto a glass surface and reagents for alkaline lysis to purify easily plasmid DNA from bacteria. The column is packed with glass fiber and has enough surface area to bind up to 250ug of plasmid DNA.
