DNA Purification for amplification from blood samples (3 - 10 µl) and critical samples

• Fast and efficient purification of DNA from small (3-10 µl) blood samples and lymphocyte pellets.
• Purification of critical samples: blood, saliva, semen, etc.
• Purified DNA is ready to be used in amplification reactions.
• DNA can be purified from most blood samples (in filter paper or BioSTAMP, frozen, treated with heparine, citric acid or EDTA*), using the specific protocols for each case. No need to use specific kits for each type of sample.
  
• The amount of genomic DNA obtained is enough for detection of parasites present in a clinical sample (bacteria, viruses, etc).
• No toxic reagents. Based on ion-exchange resins.
• Complete removal of contaminants from blood (specially, haemoglobin and heme groups) that might inhibit amplification.
