DNA purification from agarose gels

• Recovery of DNA (0.1 - 10 Kbp) from TAE/TBE agarose gels.
• Purified DNA can be directly used for downstream applications (cloning, restriction digest, amplification, labelling). For automated sequencing, use Cat. No. 21.018.
• No need to use special agaroses (e.g. Low Melting Point).
• 70 - 80 % recovery yield. A260/280 values of 1.7 - 2.0.
• Fast (total protocol time around 25 minutes).
• No toxic reagents. Based on sílica matrix.
