DNA Purification

This section contains a selection of efficient, easy to use kits  for the purification of DNA from a variety  of sources. Incuded in this section are the innovative Mbiotech SpinClean™ family of DNA purification kits using advanced resins and an improved set of alkaline lysis reagents. The resulting DNA is sufficiently concentrated  to proceed directly with automated sequencing and can be used for the most demanding molecular biology applications, including restriction digests, ligation, PCR and mammalian transfection.
